在課堂中,會特別專注在呼吸的節奏,感受身體每個細微的變化。教學風格崇尚輕鬆、平和與安靜的氛圍,希望營造如朋友般自在的互動,讓同學能放下壓力,專注於當下的體驗,學會在墊上觀察呼吸、接納當下的狀態,這份覺察也會自然融入日常生活,帶來更清晰的思維與平衡的節奏。
並學會更好地聆聽和尊重自己的身體需求,「不比較、不批判」不憂慮動作達成的壓力,無論是初學者或進階練習者,都能以最真實的狀態,感受自己的節奏與可能性,探索瑜伽的無限可能。
