Rachel是一位註冊護士,當初因工作壓力及希望伸展筋骨而開始接觸瑜伽,但經持續練習後,發現瑜伽亦講求力量以達致平衡。練習瑜伽時講求的專注力,尤其挑戰高難度式子時令她非常著迷,不同類型的練習亦為她帶來心靈上的滿足。Rachel希望可以與更多人分享瑜伽的樂趣,瑜伽不只是一種運動,而是了解自己的過程。Rachel的教學主張帶領學生在能力範圍內進行有效的練習,並不勉強學生過度挑戰而導致受傷,從而促進大眾的身心靈健康。
